Senior Sales Manager
– To oversee sales and marketing aspects of the day-to-day transactions & processes.
– To ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.
– Develop relationships with builders and investors, and end-customers.
– Intermediate negotiation processes and consulting clients on market conditions and prices.
